Are you looking for a new and exciting role? Join our team as a VIP Chaffeur Driver, playing a crucial role to provide and be responsible for courteous, prompt and efficient transport of the company executive team and their visitors. The VIP chauffeur driver will provide a warm and friendly welcome to all passengers, making them feel comfortable throughout their journey. They will be expected to convey SLT to and from prearranged locations and assist with entering and exiting vehicles as and when required. Excellent communication and customer service skills are therefore paramount for this job role. 

The role will involve driving vehicle cat B, including minibuses. The VIP driver will be required to develop a good knowledge of Heathrow topography and learn the most efficient and safest routes to various regularly used locations including airside locations. The VIP Driver will be responsible for ensuring their vehicle is inspected daily prior to use and always maintained to the highest standard. Any defects identified must be reported immediately. 

About the Role:

As a [JOB TITLE], you will be responsible for:

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, promptly report any defects, and ensure corrective actions are taken without delay.  
• Maintain the vehicle in a safe, roadworthy, and operational condition at all times, ensuring the safety of both occupants and other road users.  
• Arrange and undertake regular interior and exterior cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.  
• Carry out post-use vehicle checks to ensure no passenger belongings or personal items have been left behind. 
• Provide a professional chauffeur service for Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members and authorised visitors across Heathrow Airport as directed.  
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle safely and courteously when required.  
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding any information observed, overheard, or accessed whilst undertaking duties.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to meet all vetting requirements including CTC clearance  
• GSO Escort (willing to train to that level and pass associated exams)  
• Full UK Driving Licence Cat-B (minimum 2 years or over, no points on licence + 5 years of driving experience) 
• Airside Pass (ability to obtain and clear the Airport ID pass)  
• Minimum 5 years of UK residence history checks
