Are you a vigilant and dedicated professional looking for a step up in your Security career?

Working across the Kings X Estate a large, vibrant hub with a cluster of offices, public spaces, entertainment and shops you will be responsible for the safety and security of the area. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a great team and working with the local community and tourists that visit the area. The Support Officer plays a vital role in maintaining public safety, security and smooth operation of the estate.

About the Role:

As a Support Officer! you will be responsible for:

• Provide a visible, professional presence and deliver excellent customer service during all interactions.
• Report hazards, incidents, suspicious activity, or notable interactions to the Control Room for appropriate logging and follow-up.
• Respond to loading bay alarms, hazards, or unauthorised access events.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, lift alarms, and life safety systems within the Fire Control Centre.
• Assist with visitor and contractor check-in procedures using access control or booking systems.
• Liaise with building staff, contractors, and tenants in a professional and helpful manner.
• Respond promptly to alarm activations and escalate appropriately according to site protocols
