Hours: 5 day a week working 7am-5pm
Pay: £16.50 hourly rate

Join Our Team as a Site Security Manager

We look for someone who will work collaboratively as part of the contracts management team to oversee the day-to-day operational management of their allocated site(s) in line with contractual expectations.

About the Role:

As a Site Security Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • To act as a key security contact for all daily operational security matters liaising with the Security Operations managers.
  • To work in partnership with the Security Operations Management team and service partners, ensuring that all aspects of site security requirements are effectively managed, maintained, supported and represented.
  • Strong communication skills enabling effective communication both directly and indirectly with individuals at different levels.
  • Ensure the site remains SIA compliant.

What we are looking for:

Essential

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience at Site Manager level
  • Highly developed interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills.
  • The ability to adapt rapidly to different WJ / client requirements.
  • Proven management experience including business management.
  • Strong understanding of their own emotional intelligence as well as understanding others around them.
  • Smart and of good character.
  • Proven customer service experience in the security industry.
  • A flair for problem solving and multi-tasking.
  • Good IT skills and competent in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in planning, mobilizing and managing projects including the management of teams/sub-contractors and client relationships.
  • Experience with security, access control and CCTV systems.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during demanding and potentially confrontational incidents.
  • Ability to make time critical operational decisions.
