We are looking for a Site Security Manager to join us at our client site in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. The Security Manager is responsible for supporting the onsite Facilities team at Eisai in coordination of all facilities security operations, as well as managing, training, and assessing performance of the entire security personnel. The Security Manager is expected to ensure AI's and SOP's are accurate and up to date. In writing and developing security policies and procedures for the security department, oversee all necessary training modules and procedures for security staff.

A typical day in the life as a Site Security Manager:  

  • Staff Welfare & Development  - identity training needs, coach and develop supervisor, conduct investigations, promote staff welfare and ongoing development, health and safety

  • Performance & Operations - measure and improve team performance, ensure operational consistency, lead team management and act as first escalation point, ensure AI'S and SOPS are up to date and compliant, Timegate, compliance audits.

  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement - communicate and report security incidents to the client as needed, create reports, perform trend analysis

  • Planning & Innovation- scope and roster resources for both regular and enhanced security needs, ensure sufficient trained personnel are available, provide innovation and improvement through various channels

What are we looking for?
We are looking for people who are passionate about helping others and keeping those around you both safe and secure.   

  • Previous experience as a successful supervisor or site manager.
  • SIA -Door Supervisor Licence
  • IT Skills – Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
