Are you an experienced Security Systems Senior Technical Operator professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Senior Technical Operator to provide expert customer and engineering support in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in minimising the need for third-party field engineers by utilising remote diagnostic tools and offering technical guidance over the phone. You will support a range of security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and Fire Systems, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for initial reactive incident management, assessing and responding to physical security incidents and intelligence that may impact client sites. A typical day in the life as a Security Systems Senior Technical Operator

• Respond to system monitoring alerts and handle calls within strict targets, ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Provide first-line support to resolve issues before escalating to third-party engineers.
• Offer advanced technical support to internal/external users and third-party engineers.
• Assist end users with alarm system issues, troubleshooting, and resolutions.
• Conduct remote fault investigation and resolution across all monitored systems.
• Complete system-driven projects and client requests to a high standard.
• Drive system innovations to enhance operational efficiency.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for people who are passionate about helping others and keeping those around you both safe and secure.   

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Security Control Centre, Emergency control room or Monitoring station.
• Able to deliver excellent customer service

Desirable

• Network / IP based product experience
• Merlin experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience across multiple system disciplines including Intruder, CCTV, Access Control & Fire
• Experience of Remote programming of industry standard Intruder CCTV and Access control systems
