Pay: Earn £15.25 per hour

Join Our Team as a part time Security Supervisor 

The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising the security operation on a shift basis at 
Belfast International Airport. The Security Supervisor is responsible for the effective 
supervision of all security officers and the compliance of the operation, as well as being the 
first point of contact for the Duty Manager / Station Manager for any operational issues. The 
Security Supervisor is responsible for the optimal performance and compliance of their team, 

About the Role:

• Overall supervision of operations (CSA, OOG, HBS, CP1, Security East, CP3,CP9, CP11, Ticket Presentation, Security Escorts, External Clients and Patrols) 
• Operational briefings
• Co-ordination and supervision of Quality Monitoring of officers within your work area
• To build, develop, lead and retain such staff as are required to be dedicated to the contract to work as a team that 
  believes and demonstrates through their work that Wilson James is different to other security service providers
• Effective and consistent supervision of all Security Officers under responsibility of the Security Supervisor. 
  
  
•  Ensuring optimised performance through motivation and management of teams under responsibility. 
•  To complete and maintain the highest standards of operational paperwork (Compliance, Performance, Equipment)

Getting here by Bus
Translink bus times - the first bus is at 01:00 then every hour until 0600, 06:15 and 06:30 then every 12 minutes after this.  At weekends it's every 20 minutes.  
Staff who receive a full airside pass can collect a smart card from the kiosk in the airport arrivals hall. This card provides discounted travel at £5.40 return (£2.60 each way). If a ticket is purchased at Grand Central or directly on the bus using an airside pass, the discounted fare is £6.50 return.

What we are looking for:

•  Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
•  Have an ability to deliver clear and concise verbal and written reports where necessary.
•  Be able to work both day and night shifts.
•  Demonstrate excellent customer service
•  Hold current CRC (or have no disqualifying criminal convictions and are able to obtain one)
•  Current CTC clearance
• Team Leader/Supervisory Experience 
• GSS Aviation Security qualification
