We are looking for a Security Supervisor to join us at our client site in London. Our client is a large marketing agency, including creative content The role will be to supervise the site with the day to day operational and business requirements of the contract in line with customer and contractual expectations. Be the initial point of contact on all security matters, ensuring a consistent quality service delivery and prompt responses to all incidents and applying a high degree of confidentiality to all of their work

A typical day in the life as a Security Supervisor:
- To supervise the Contract Security Personnel working on site and report any issues or matters to the Regional Operations Manager / WJ Management relating to the professional conduct & development of the team.
- Understand the roles of the Security Personnel and train newly appointed officers in their roles.
- To act as an initial point of contact for all daily operational security matters across the contract and escalate any incidents to the Regional Operations Manager/WJ Management where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all Policies and Procedures & Wilson James.
- Motivate and develop the Security Staff in their respective roles.
- Ensure all security personnel are fully informed / briefed in relation to both the AI's, SOP's & the H&S documentation.
- Ensure, that all staff work in safe conditions, acting upon all reports of accidents and faults and, that staff carry out their duties in accordance with procedures and policies.
- To supervise on a day-to-day basis, Fire system, ensuring that all staff are fully trained and competent in their roles and carrying out their required duties.
- Carry out any other reasonable request as required by the Client/WJ Management.
