In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and ensuring that security protocols are upheld at all times. About the Role:

As a Security Reception & Physical Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Meet & greet visitors/clients and general public and build professional working relations with on-site contractors and staff
• Make sure all staff and visitors are wearing and displaying company passes while in the premises
• To restrict and control access using the correct protocols, to validate visits and be responsible for key and pass issue using site access system
• Develop internal patrols following site protocols
• Assist in implementing emergency action plans and assist with fire evacuations
• To identify hazards, potential hazards and issues relating to security/health and safety and to take immediate remedial action if required before reporting as appropriate.
• Locking and unlocking reception area

What we are looking for:

• To hold a current DS SIA Licence
• Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to security threats.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, visitors, and authorities.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
