Join Our Team as a Security Patrolling Officer

The main responsibility of a Security Patrolling Officer is to play a vital role in safeguarding people, property, and assets. The responsibilities encompass a range of tasks, including surveillance and patrolling to prevent and detect security breaches, controlling access to facilities, and responding promptly to emergencies.

About the Role:

As a Security Patrolling Officer you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting of visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Site security patrols
  • Loading bay duties
  • Provide a highly visible proactive security presence on and around the sites with emphasis on access and egress controls.
  • Control of access to dedicated parts of site utilising existing barriers and physical presence.
  • Contractor control — booking in/out of contractors, issuing of vehicle passes, monitoring adherence to parking restrictions.
  • Monitoring routine vehicle access using existing computer and paper-based recording methods e.g. deliveries, couriers, postal vehicles etc.

  • Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team
  • SIA licence DS
