Hours: Full time, 4 on, 4 off, days 07:00 - 19:00 and nights 19:00 - 07:00

We're looking for confident, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Security Officers at a prestigious new London campus. While a security licence is essential, this role is about far more than security. We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, building positive relationships, and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who visits the site.

About the Role:

As one of the first people visitors, staff and contractors will meet, you'll play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming and safe environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering an outstanding customer experience to all visitors and occupants.
Meeting and greeting guests, staff and contractors.
Providing information, support and assistance across the campus.
Managing access control and issuing visitor and contractor passes.
Conducting internal and external patrols.
Responding professionally to incidents, alarms and emergencies.
Supporting evacuation and health & safety procedures when required.
Maintaining accurate reports and security records.
Acting as a visible and reassuring presence across the site.

Essential Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service experience.
Flexible, professional and dependable approach.
Desirable Experience
First Aid qualification.
Hospitality or luxury customer service experience.
Key holding experience.
Experience working in large public-facing environments.
