Hours: 4 on, 4 off – 09.00am-21.00pm
Pay: £30,000 per annum
Join Our Team as a Security Officer:
Security Officer to work for one of a prestigious site based in London. You will be responsible for maintaining the security requirements of the client whilst maintaining a good corporate image and high standards of professionalism through adherence to directions from the security management team
About the Role:
As a Security Officeryou will be responsible for:
- Make rounds of inspection at fixed intervals and report in by means of radio or other devices
- Remain alert and vigilant to activity on the site to ensure risks are minimised through prompt action and reporting to the Security Supervisor
- Report suspicious persons or vehicles immediately to the Security Supervisor and Police when the situation is perceived an emergency
- Carry out all other duties as required by the Security Supervisor. These may include but are not limited to access control, mail examination, escorting, vehicle searching and cloakroom duties.
- Investigate fire alarm indicators in the buildings and respond as per site procedure

- Deliver excellent customer service
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
- Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
