We are looking for a Security Officer to join us at our client site in Hammersmith, London. Our client is home to a large multi-media company which includes, films and TV Shows. The right candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, as they are required to provide front of house,reception, meet & greet visitors, support offsite assignments and interact with colleagues and staff at all levels both verbally and in writing.

A typical day in the life as a Security Officer
- Maintain complete, concise, and accurate written records of all incidents during the duty shift, ensuring necessary follow-up actions are taken.
- Conduct access control and ID verification as required.
- Monitor and respond to fire emergency telephone calls.
- Carry out any additional reasonable duties as requested by operational management.
- Be available to work day shifts.
- Respond to pre-planned or significant events, providing an initial first response.
- Identify suspicious or criminal activities and ensure an effective security response.

- DS SIA Licence
- Proven background in Security with an emphasis on Corporate Security.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Experience of issue and conflict resolution.
- Able to work under own initiative, making decisions to benefit WJ and client.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Flexible in approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
