What you'll be doing

Providing a visible and professional security presence
Delivering excellent customer service and acting as a first point of contact
Managing access control, patrolling, and incident response
Following site procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
Working collaboratively with colleagues and site partners
Completing accurate reports and maintaining clear records
Responding calmly and confidently to a range of situations
Representing our values and promoting a positive security culture

What we're looking for

Strong communication and people skills
A calm, confident, and professional approach
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Reliability, integrity, and a commitment to high standards
SIA licence (or willingness to obtain one – support may be available)
