We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Manager to join our team at the Sizewell C site, ensuring the highest standards of nuclear security compliance in a collaborative environment.

What we need from you: 

• CITB Manager and Professional test (must be obtained before start date). 
• Proven experience in security risk management, particularly in regulated environments.
• Professional certification in security management (e.g., ASIS CPP).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to challenge norms and drive continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated with the ability to research and produce information. 
• Ability to interact comfortably with blue and white collar workforce. 
• Experience in construction or engineering security management is a advantageous.

Site Specific Information  

• You must be able to provide a 3-year work/ unemployment/ education history required for the vetting process in line with Sizewell C protocols.
• You must be able to obtain the SZC pass
