Do you have experience in leading, motivating and developing a team?  If so, join us as a Security Coordination Manager and play a pivotal role in our Security division, enabling our success through your leadership and organisational prowess.
As the Security Coordination Manager, you will spearhead a team of three Administrative Coordinators, ensuring the seamless delivery of administrative services that underpin our division's operational success. Your expertise in long-term planning, issue identification, and rectification will be instrumental in streamlining processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with our Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) and Business Directors (BDs), providing invaluable support to our operational managers. Your exceptional administrative abilities will enable our Security Division to deliver high-quality services to our esteemed clients, further solidifying our reputation for excellence.

About the Role:

As a Security Coordination Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver long term scheduling provision across the portfolio and ensure coherence of approach to scheduling activities and management.
  • Ensure forecasting of workforce needs is conducted effectively in collaboration with the Operational Support Centre (OSC).
  • Manage the process for controlling and approving holiday requests across unmanaged operational site and ensure sufficient cover is required during absence.
  • Co-ordinate and deliver employee relations related tasks in conjunction with site managers, ROMs and BDs.
  • Deliver first stages of the recruitment process in conjunction with ROMs and BDs.
  • Coordinate and oversee uniform and equipment orders for unmanaged operational sites, including raising order requisitions on SAP.
  • Deliver with the mobilisation team the administrative setup of new operational sites.
  • Provide general administrative support to BDs, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
  • Analyse administrative and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process efficiencies.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with the capability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with workforce scheduling tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
