We are seeking a Security Controller  to join our team where you'll play a vital role in protecting people, property, and assets through the use of industry-leading security technology. Based in a modern monitoring environment, you'll oversee multiple sites, responding to incidents and helping maintain a safe and secure operation

About the Role:

As a Remote Monitoring Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, alarms, access control platforms, and other security technologies across multiple client sites. You'll assess and respond to security events in real time, conduct remote visual patrols, investigate incidents, and escalate concerns where necessary. Accurate reporting, clear communication, and sound decision-making are key elements of this role.
  • Monitor CCTV, alarm and access control systems across multiple sites.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and security breaches.
  • Conduct remote patrols and identify suspicious activity.
  • Liaise with emergency services, management teams, clients, and operational colleagues.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate incident logs and reports.
  • Follow site procedures and escalation processes at all times.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and professional communication.
  • Support a safe working environment and adhere to all Health & Safety requirements

What we are looking for:

  • To hold a current DS SIA and CCTV Licence
  • Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.
  • Highly observant with excellent attention to detail
     
  • Calm and professional under pressure
     
  • An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
     
  • IT proficient and comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously
     
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
     
  • Capable of producing clear and concise reports
