Hours: Full time, 4 on, 4 off days 06:00 - 18:00 and nights 18:00 - 06:00

About the Role:
- Monitor CCTV, alarm and access control systems across multiple sites.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and security breaches.
- Conduct remote patrols and identify suspicious activity.
- Liaise with emergency services, management teams, clients, and operational colleagues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate incident logs and reports.
- Follow site procedures and escalation processes at all times.
- Deliver excellent customer service and professional communication.
- Support a safe working environment and adhere to all Health & Safety requirements

What we are looking for:
- To hold a current DS SIA and CCTV Licence
- Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.

Highly observant with excellent attention to detail

Calm and professional under pressure

An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills

IT proficient and comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously

Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
