Join Our Team as a Relief Security Officer!
The Security Relief Officer plays a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment. The role involves CCTV surveillance, patrolling, access control, and emergency response while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation. The Security Relief Officer will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of vigilance, professionalism, as well as assisting the Site Security Supervisor in implementing security measures and reporting incidents.
About the Role:
As a Relief Security Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Remains alert and vigilant, observes and reports activities and incidents at Stellantis PDC site, providing for the security and safety of Stellantis property and personnel.
- Controls access to Stellantis site or facility through the admittance process; assists visitors with legitimate need to gain entry to the facility; screens visitors and Stellantis employees in an efficient manner to expedite their admittance to the site or facility.
- Communicate in a manner that is open, honest and responsive in all situations, to the extent authorised. Monitors entrance and exits, acts to prevent unauthorised entry, controls entrances, the movement of people and vehicles, and parking; operates gates and examines vehicle contents, monitors remote entrances using closed circuit television; and operates remote access devices.

What we are looking for:
- To hold a current DS SIA Licence
- Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to security threats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, visitors, and authorities.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
