Permanent Part Time Role
Location: Gatwick Airport
Hours: working 3 days a week.
Pay: £14.04 hourly rate
Join Our Team as a Reception Service Host
Working as a member of the WJ Reception centre team, you will effectively deliver on a day-to-day basis the front of house management for Destinations (Gatwick HQ), Jubilee House and or First Point.
About the Role:
As a reception service host, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure all customers and visitors receive a warm and welcome greeting and they are dealt with politely and efficiently.
- Deal calmly and reasonably with any pressurised situations. Escalate any adverse situations arising or developing as appropriate.
- Deal with any telephone and email enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Arrange meetings, including Booking, setting up rooms if required, ensure they are stocked, ensure IT within meeting rooms is operational and report and coordinate remedial to defects, always leaving room clean and organized.
- Offer general assistance to all teams. Perform any other duties which may be reasonably required by GAL.
- Ensure emergency procedures and standard operating procedures are kept up to date
- Carry out and record regular checks of facilities/equipment and advise GAL property of any issues found.
- Log visitors and contact their hosts in a timely manner. Manage all aspects of the visitor pass process and maintain accurate, auditable logs.

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service/ customer care environment
- Basic IT skills
- SIA licence is desirable
