Join Our Team as a Quantity Surveyor
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for commercial governance and financial control across the CLP package. This includes procurement strategy, contract administration, cost management, change control, financial reporting and planning cost schedules to support future stage works.
About the Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for:
The role ensures that commitments are properly managed, variations are assessed fairly, and expenditure remains aligned with approved budgets. The QS supports forecasting, risk allowance management, and preparation for future construction stages. Through close collaboration with project leadership, the QS safeguards value, ensures transparency, and supports informed decision-making throughout the works. The QS shall be responsible for completing monthly applications to the client as well as reviewing from the supply chain.
