PCO Chauffeur

Hours: Part Time, 2 days a week, 9 hours a day, varied shifts
Pay: £16.77 ph

About the Role:

You will be responsible for:

• Provide a first-class chauffeur service, delivering a warm, professional welcome to VIP passengers.
• Safely transport passengers and their cabin/hold luggage both airside and landside.
• Assist with manual handling and careful movement of baggage, ensuring discretion at all times.
• Coordinate closely with Dispatch, Controllers, and Management to deliver seamless journeys.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, ensuring vehicles are clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Plan and follow efficient routes across London, proactively managing delays or issues.
• Maintain vehicle presentation and stock (e.g., water, umbrellas) to premium standards.
• Support wider operations by driving different vehicle types and assisting with additional duties as required.

What we are looking for:

• Valid PCO Licence and full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 2 years)
• Age 23+ (for insurance purposes).
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of London routes and surrounding areas.
• Ability to remain calm, responsive, and decisive under pressure or in time-sensitive situations.
• Excellent personal presentation, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with VIP clients and stakeholders.
