PCO Chauffeur
Permanent Part-Time role.

Join our team at Heathrow as a PCO Chauffeur, playing a crucial role and will be responsible for delivering exceptional and seamless VIP experience through safe, efficient, and courteous transport of passengers and their cabin and hold luggage both airside at Heathrow Airside and landside across London and its surrounding areas, ensuring the highest standards of customer care, professionalism, and discretion. This role involves courteous, prompt, and efficient transportation of passengers and their cabin and hold baggage, as directed by the Controller, Dispatch, or Management.
PCO Chauffeurs provide a warm welcome, ensuring passengers feel comfortable and experience seamless transitions between terminals, aircraft stands, VIP suites, and onward journeys outside Heathrow.
About the Role:
As a PCO Chauffeur, you will be responsible for:
- Always deliver exceptional customer service, including greeting passengers warmly, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a comfortable and professional experience.
- Assist VIP passengers with their hold/cabin luggage, ensuring careful and discreet handling.
- Manually move baggage and baggage carts from the baggage hall to vehicles.
- Transport VIP passengers and their cabin and hold baggage airside and landside.
- Check and confirm routes for all landside movements before leaving the base to ensure timely arrivals.
- Contact Dispatch/Controller immediately if facing any issues en route or if delays are anticipated for a collection.
- Collect passengers from various hotels in London or private residence, liaising with reception or concierge prior to collection time to ensure a smooth handover.
- Carry out daily vehicle maintenance checks and complete handover documentation.
- Clean and present vehicles to the highest standard as directed by Controller/Management.

What we are looking for:
Essential
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
- Full driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years with not more than 3 points
- Must be over 23 years old for WJ vehicle insurance purposes
Desirable
- Experience in a high-end market service environment
- Have a good command of the English Language
- Be extremely well groomed and presented
