Are you a vigilant and dedicated professional looking for a step up in your Security career?

Working across the Kings X Estate a large, vibrant hub with a cluster of offices, public spaces, entertainment and shops you will be responsible for the safety and security of the area. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a great team and working with the local community and tourists that visit the area. Periodic patrols of the building's internal and external are required for this role. Requires a person to be proactive and have a good background in the security industry and to be knowledgeable about standard security practices. The role calls for a variety of tasks from escorting to interacting with visitors and contractors and answering their queries. Additionally, you will be working under general supervision and typically reporting to the Supervisor. In cases where making a decision is necessary, initiative will also be required, as well as the ability to explain the thinking behind a choice.

About the Role:

As a Patrol Officer! you will be responsible for:

  • Regular patrol of the property on foot securing assets, doors, and ensuring the perimeter is secured in all weather conditions
  • Communicating any irregularities with management
  • Perform building and equipment inspections
  • Complete daily reports, including relevant information and obtaining contractor signatures for work permit sign offs
  • Al Checking to ensure plantrooms and other electrical / mechanical areas are closed securely
  • ways be visible and alert, extending a kind welcome to staff, visitors, and contractors

  • Previous security experience (beneficial).
  • Knowledge of the estate layout and procedures/facilities (beneficial).
  • Ability to follow instructions and respond effectively under pressure.
