Join Our Team as a OSC Controller!

We are looking for an observant, experienced Controller to maintain a safe environment. In this position, you will patrol, stand guard, and monitor the area using CCTV equipment and if needed take immediate action if problematic situations arise. You must always be keenly aware of your surroundings and able to respond to any suspicious or unlawful behavior.

About the Role:

As the OSC Controller you will be responsible for:

  • Be able to report all HSSE issues, escalate when required.
  • Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and visitors.
  • Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations.
  • Ensure you are fully aware on your responsibilities whilst within the Control Room – logs are updated correct.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork, reports.
  • Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors, contractors, General Public that come to the assignment.
  • Monitor your surroundings for any suspicious activity whilst covering , welcome Lane pods whilst in the Control Room using CCTV cameras

What we are looking for:

  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Basic IT Skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
  • Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
  • Demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
  • Able to deal calmly and confidently with all demands from the public.
  • SIA DS & CCTV licence

Please note that, successful candidates will be required to undergo periodic vetting checks during their employment. This is not a full vetting process, but a routine credit and directorship check and  carried out every three years to ensure ongoing compliance with our security standards.
