We are looking for an Operations Manager to join us at our client site at Luton Airport.

A typical day in the life as an Operations Manager:  

Operational

• Ensure service levels are achieved and exceeded.
• To support and co-ordinate the duty manager team
• To monitor staffing ensuring adequate staffing and holiday cover

Customer Service

• Build strong relationships with the client.
• Develop and improve service with customer airlines.

What are we looking for?
Essential 

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• IT Skills including Word, Excell, Microsoft Office.
• Basic numeracy skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
• Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary.
• Able to deal calmly and confidently with all demands from the public.

Desirable

• Experience managing operations.
• Experience managing people.
• Knowledge of CAP 1228 and regulation EC1107/2006
• IOSH managing safely
