Office Lead
Permanent Full-Time role.
Location: Birmingham Airport
Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00-16:00)
Pay: £33,000 annual pay
Join Our Team as an Office Lead is responsible for the effective leadership, coordination, and governance of all sites based administrative, colleague lifecycle, and people-performance activities. The role ensures business continuity, regulatory compliance, accurate workforce data, and a high standard of colleague and client engagement.
About the Role:
As an Office Lead you will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage the site administration function, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality delivery.
- Line-manage the Colleague & Customer Engagement Coordinator, providing clear objectives, coaching, and performance management.
- Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive administrative, people, or client matters.
- Ensure administrative priorities align with operational demand and Station Manager direction.
- Maintain business continuity through effective planning, task prioritisation, and resilience

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in administration, office leadership, or people coordination within a regulated environment.
- Strong IT capability and confidence using workforce, HR, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Current DBS & CTC clearance.
Desirable:
- Experience in recruitment, vetting, or HR administration.
- Knowledge of systems such as Time gate, Honeydew, Zendesk, SAP, or WJ platforms.
- Aviation or security-regulated environment experience.
- GSO / GSS qualifications.
