Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater

Salary: starting from £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 39 hours each week, working Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to support the Communications and Business Support Coordinator with a range of administrative duties covering senior management requirements. This role will require you to organise and facilitate internal and external events for groups of employees and visitors and have a quality assurance responsibility over the material created within our eider team administrative area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate WJ administration processes
- Control of WJ office supplies and inventory of office assets
- Assist in organising the senior management documents and presentation
- Maintaining and supervising the WJ and client logistics SharePoint structure
- Assist managers in research and information gathering
- Assist the weekly update of operational slide packs and other routine data capture
What we need from you:
- CITB HSE Operative Test (must be obtained before start date)
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages (office, excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, flexible ad able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working within large scale project will be an added advantage.
Site Specific Information
- You must be able to provide a 3-year work/ unemployment/ education history for vetting process in line with HPC protocols.
- You must be able to obtain the HPC pass.
- This is a site-based role, and the HPC site is located remotely. A shuttle bus journey of approximately 45 minutes each way is required to gain access.
