About the Role:

To take instruction from the client/WJ management, supervise all operatives on site and ensure all are working within RAMS and health & safety is adhered to at all times.

As a Logistics Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Brief all operatives prior to starting work
• Ensure health & safety is adhered to at all times
• To ensure yellow jacket tours are being completed and recorded on a weekly basis.
• Relate all information from manager to operatives
• Give TBT's to operatives on a weekly basis
• Any additional reasonable duties requested by operational management
• Plant & vehicle checks
• Site boundary checks
• Movement of site materials and staff (airside driving required)

What we are looking for:

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
• Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
• Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability
• Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
