We are looking for a Logistics Operative to join us at our client site in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. You will be supporting the onsite facilities team and post room operations.
As a Logistics Operative you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

A typical day in the life as a Logistics Operative:
- Receiving deliveries
- Banksman duties directing vehicles within the loading bay
- Goods receipting
- Distributing goods / mail to agreed handover points
- Transporting paper supplies and refilling of printers / copiers
- Handling and transport of hazardous materials including replenishing dry ice supplies
- Processing courier / mail deliveries using internal logistics system
- Packing and dispatch of selected outgoing items
- Compliance with Health & Safety regulations and adherence to Eisai Policies and Procedures
- Maintaining the working environment through general housekeeping
- To undertake other duties as reasonably requested by Line Manager

- Committed to providing excellent customer service with ability to communicate confidently with users at all levels

- Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision whilst able to recognise when to refer to a Supervisor
- To effectively prioritise tasks with a flexible approach and able to adapt to changing situations
- Fluent in written and oral English

- Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
