We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Construction Logistics Operative at Hinkley Point C. 
 
As a Construction Logistics Operative, you will play a key role in assisting operations. You will take up various supporting tasks in construction logistics and keep workplace clean and safe. Some of your day-to-day duties will involve installing way finding and emergency signage, fire point maintenance and waste management. You will also be responsible for general buildings cleaning and housekeeping in your designated work area. You will be part of a great team, who are supportive and friendly. 

Please note this job opening is for PM shift only 

Late Shift: Monday 13.30-22.00, Tuesday to Friday 13.45-22.00 (including break)

A typical day as a Logistics Operative:  

• Installing way finding signage. 
• Installing emergency signage. 
• Waste management. 
• Fire point maintenance. 
• Water point replenishment. 
• General building cleaning.  
• Material movements. 
• Fire Marshalling. 

 What are we looking for?   

• CITB Operative H&S Test (must be completed before the start date). 
• Ability to follow instructions and work as a part of the team. 
• Commitment to Safety  
• Ability to work as a part of a team. 

Desirable    

• Construction experience.  
• Any other additional qualifications like Fire Safety, Manual Handling, First Aider, etc.
