Intelligence & Incident Response Co-ordinator

Hours: Full time, 5 days a week, 08:00 - 17:00
Pay: £14.58 ph
About the Role:
- Managing and coordinating security incidents in a busy operational environment.
- Supporting colleagues and stakeholders during live and evolving incidents.
- Conducting open-source intelligence (OSINT) research and investigations.
- Identifying threats, emerging trends and intelligence gaps.
- Producing detailed intelligence reports and incident summaries.
- Gathering, assessing and analysing information from multiple sources.
- Providing support and guidance to victims, witnesses and other stakeholders.
- Contributing to threat assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for:
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience conducting research and gathering information, including OSINT.
- Confidence communicating with a wide range of people, including those who may be vulnerable or distressed.
- Excellent report writing and attention to detail.
- The ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Professional, resilient and highly organised approach.
- Experience in intelligence, security, investigations, incident management or threat assessment is highly desirable.
