Wilson James is expanding its Intelligence Services function and we're looking for curious, analytical thinkers who want to work at the intersection of geopolitics, security, data, and risk intelligence. You'll help deliver timely, evidence‑based intelligence that supports decision‑making across multiple sectors, while contributing to the evolution of our digital intelligence capabilities.
About the Role:
As an Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Monitor global political, security, and socio‑economic developments to identify emerging risks.
- Produce structured, evidence‑based intelligence assessments for operational and strategic audiences.
- Analyse activism, crime trends, geopolitical shifts, and threat environments.
- Use digital dashboards and reporting tools to interpret and present data.
- Support travel risk assessments and wider duty‑of‑care processes.
- Contribute to the development of new intelligence products and digital tools.
- Work with technical teams to enhance data and reporting systems.
- Manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Handle sensitive information responsibly and ethically.
- Support continuous improvement across the Intelligence Services function.

What we are looking for:
- Strong analytical skills and interest in global politics, security, and risk.
- Ability to produce clear, structured written assessments.
- Confident interpreting data and using digital reporting tools.
- Understanding of geopolitical trends, activism, crime, or threat landscapes.
- Strong communication skills for varied audiences.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
- Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to ethical handling of sensitive information.
- Interest in intelligence, risk, or security‑related careers.
- Experience contributing to service or process improvement.
