Location: Belfast International Airport
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday
Pay: £35,000 - £38,000 pa
Join Our Team as a HR Advisor
- Deliver high-quality HR advice and support across all people policies.
- Manage employee relations cases, ensuring risk is mitigated and compliance maintained.
- Support formal consultations during organisational changes.
- Provide timely employment law guidance and advice on absence and ER casework.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with governance and legal requirements.
- Monitor and review working practices in line with legislation and case law.
- Produce relevant HR reports and analysis for management.
- Implement wellbeing programmes that promote physical, mental, and emotional health.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Build positive relationships with trade unions and foster collaborative dialogue.
- Enhance managerial capability through training and coaching on HR policies and best practices.

What we are looking for:
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Effective team member who demonstrates flexibility in support of the overall team effectiveness
- HR experience at a similar level, within a proven background of managing employee relations matters
- Preferred candidate will be CIPD qualified Level 3
