We are looking for a HGV Driver to join us here at Wilson James at one of our sites.  You will be responsible for delivery of construction and retail fit-out material to various site locations around the airport in a safe and timely manner. Ensure safe vehicle loading and unloading operations and adhere site and operation relevant risk Assessments and method statements.

A typical day in the life as a HGV Driver:

• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules whilst ensuring Fulcrum waypoint entries are accurately completed.
• Actively report changes to delivery routes to include redirections and make the management team aware of all variations.
• Comply with HGV driving rules and regulations (size, weight, load safety, parking and break periods) as well as with company driving related policies and procedures.

What are we looking for?

• HGV Driver qualification (cat. C)
• CSCS Card
• Airside Pass and Airside Driving Permit (can apply for)
• CPC qualified and tacho card
• CPCS Counter Balance A16 qualification
• FORS compliant
• GSO Level 1, NXCT (or willing to train and pass exams to this level)
