Heathrow VIP Services Manager
Location: Heathrow Airport
Role: Full Time | Management
- Leading the delivery of a world-class VIP guest experience across the Heathrow VIP operation.
- Driving operational excellence and ensuring the achievement of all contractual KPIs, service levels and customer expectations.
- Providing inspirational leadership, coaching and development to managers and frontline leaders.
- Embedding a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous improvement and service innovation.
- Using data, guest feedback and operational insight to identify trends, improve performance and enhance the guest journey.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Heathrow Airport stakeholders, airlines, ground handlers and support functions.
- Ensuring full compliance with aviation security, health and safety, regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Managing workforce planning, recruitment, training, succession planning and budget performance

- Proven experience leading customer-facing operational teams within aviation, hospitality, travel or another premium service environment.
- A strong track record of delivering outstanding customer or guest experiences.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience driving operational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including performance analysis and root cause investigation.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and operational resources.
- Knowledge of aviation operations, airport environments, security and compliance requirements.
- The ability to remain calm, decisive and guest-focused within a demanding operational environment.
- Strong IT and data analysis skills with the ability to convert insight into action
