About the Role:

As a Front of House Security Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Provide a welcoming presence at the front of house, greeting visitors and staff with professionalism.
• Monitor access control systems to ensure only authorised individuals enter the premises.
• Conduct regular security patrols of the building and surrounding areas to maintain safety.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs.
• Support health and safety compliance by reporting hazards and ensuring evacuation routes remain clear.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to uphold site security standards and customer service expectations.
• Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, providing assistance while maintaining vigilance.

What we are looking for:

• To hold a current DS SIA Licence
• Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to security threats.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, visitors, and authorities.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
