We are looking for a Front of House Manager for one of our clients, a high-quality business environment in a fantastic location in Reading, Berkshire, with first-class on-site amenities, enjoyed by over 7,000 people already on the park. Our client's range of office accommodation gives forward-thinking businesses the ability to flex and the space to perform well. Transport facilities for this role are excellent if you do not drive with frequent and rapid bus services to and from the train station, with Green Park station open with a train straight into the park, getting to and from work could not be any easier.
The Front of House Manager will be responsible for the management of all Front of house operations ensuring that the FOH team are trained to the highest standards and in line with company legislation, and to help define the company's unique ‘6* service' concept which sets Green Park apart from other organisations. To also be familiar with different aspects and functions of the FOH operations and ensure that the client is accommodated in an excellent and professional manner. Support and manage events as appropriate.

A typical day in the life as a Front of House Manager
- Manage all front of house operations including, but not limited to, visitor management, documentation organisation, dress, and deportment standards
- Ensure that the highest levels of service are always being offered to both the occupiers and the client
- Lead, monitor, motivate and inspire the team
- Manage people processes such as recruitment, training, rota requirements and staff inductions
