Join Our Team as a Front of House Security Officer!

We're seeking a professional and customer-focused Front of House Security Officer to take full ownership of day-to-day security and reception operations at Equinix, Devonshire Square. This predominantly daytime role blends high-level security awareness with a polished hospitality approach, ensuring all visitors, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders receive an exceptional experience. As the first and last point of contact, you'll provide a seamless welcome, manage the FOH space, support building operations, and represent the highest standards of service at all times.

About the Role:

As a Front of House Security Officer you will be responsible for:

• Deliver a first-class, hospitality-led meet-and-greet service while maintaining essential security controls.
• Report and respond to all incidents in line with company procedures.
• Promote safe behaviour and working practices within your area.
• Maintain strong situational awareness, identifying suspicious behaviour, items, or hostile reconnaissance.
• Keep FOH access routes clear, ensure doors/equipment function properly, and monitor for any H&S risks.
• Stay flexible on post and uphold a professional, welcoming presence at all times.

What we are looking for:

• SIA Licence
• Excellent customer engagement skills with excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Experience with security surveillance and access control systems.
• High level of attention to detail, timekeeping, and ability to prioritise time effectively.
