Location: Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex - Office based
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay: £35,000 pa

About the Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Be the right-hand to our Board Directors—manage busy diaries, book travel, and provide administrative support.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries and accommodations with precision.
- Be the welcoming face of the business by supporting our reception team when needed.
- Liaise confidently with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Maintain an efficient electronic filing system and ensure processes are kept up to date.
- Assist with onboarding new Board Directors and coordinate cross-departmental projects.
- Represent senior management and communicate on their behalf with professionalism and discretion.
- Attend key meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow through on action points.

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
- Strong IT skills – confident in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to multitask with style.
- Impeccable time management and organisational abilities.
- A team-player mindset and willingness to support wherever needed.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
