The Duty Security Manager (DSM) plays a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operational security activities to meet customer and contractual expectations. This include oversees the site security team, ensures high-quality service delivery, responds to incidents promptly, and maintains compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards. We are looking for a proactive and independent Duty Security Manager (DSM) with a passion for continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery
About the Role:
As a Duty Security Manager , you will be responsible for:

Act as the initial point of contact for daily operational security.
- Collaborate with the Site Security Manager (SSM) to manage and align with client requirements
- Supervise and deploy the security team, ensuring adherence to Assignment Instructions (AIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and conduct post visits to ensure alignment with expectations.
- Maintain oversight of site security systems, including CCTV (Review, download, and manage footage, generate reports, and provide data to emergency services as needed), access control (Print and issue badges, provide success, block/unblock access, monitor alarms, and generate user reports),
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Conduct internal investigations, presenting findings to stakeholders
- Lead and support the professional development of the security team through training, coaching, and performance management to enhance their skills and professionalism
- Respond to and investigate fire alarm activations, supervise emergency evacuations/lockdowns.
- Enhance the profile of security services through effective engagement and information sharing
