Join Our Team as a BAU Driver
We are currently recruiting for a Business as Usual ( BAU) Driver position to be based in London. Where you will report to the Transport & Compliance Manager and will be responsible for keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly, making sure your vehicle is roadworthy and safe for the transportation of materials to and from site.
About the Role:
As a BAU Driver you will be responsible for:
- Reporting and communicating any vehicle defects through pre-start checks
- Promote and enforce safety standards at all times by completing safety inspections and reporting any hazards/near misses.
- Drive the vehicle safely and in accordance with the law.
- Ensure all accidents are reported and logged in the accident book.
- Assist the post room BAU Operative in all aspect of the role, taking deliveries, screening materials etc.
- Provide a professional and friendly manner when delivering materials/packages/post to various BAU locations
- Build good relationships with the various clients at all BAU locations
