We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Design Manager to join our growing construction logistics and project delivery team. This is a high-profile opportunity for a talented design professional to lead the development and coordination of innovative construction logistics solutions on complex and prestigious projects.
As Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging design and delivery, ensuring that logistics strategies, temporary works solutions, access arrangements and site operations are carefully planned, coordinated and executed. Working alongside clients, principal contractors, consultants and internal project teams, you will influence key project decisions from concept through to implementation.

What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and technically capable design professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. You will be confident working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and passionate about delivering safe, innovative, and high-quality design solutions that add value to complex projects.
- Proven experience in a Design Manager, Design Coordinator, Senior Designer, or similar role within construction, infrastructure, logistics, or temporary works environments.
- Strong understanding of construction logistics processes, methodologies, and site constraints.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.
- Experience undertaking swept path analysis and preparing site logistics layouts.
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations and their application within the design process.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Full UK driving licence and a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving.
