We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Control Tower Manager at Hinkley Point C.
As a Control Tower Manager, you will play a key role in optimising end-to-end supply chain operations for the construction of Hinkley Point C. You will be required to have strategic oversight, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to ensure seamless logistics operations. You should be comfortable managing conflicting priorities and coordinating extensively with stakeholders. Additionally, you will focus on the adoption of innovative technologies and maintain a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and sustainability. You will have strong communication skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

What do we need from you:
- Provide dynamic and motivational leadership, by example and personality, to deliver a coherent, timely and unified response from multiple and diverse teams.
- Skilled at managing fast-moving and diverse operational environments.
- Skilled at producing clear, concise plans, documents and presentations.
- Demonstrate strategic and operational stakeholder management.
- Demonstrate a flexible mindset capable of dealing effectively with fluid and changing environments and competing priorities from multiple customers.
- Ability to assure the delivery of accurate, complete Logistics Planning reports to assist in guiding the direction of programs and strategic decision-making.
- Prior experience of working within a busy office environment and under pressure.
- Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent IT skills with a working knowledge of all MS Office packages.
- Working knowledge of Business Intelligence Analytics Tools (Power BI/Splunk/DOMO)
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication, IT and written skills.
- CITB HSE Test (Manager & Professional standard).
Desirable
- Higher Education Certificate or Degree.
- NEBOSH or equivalent.
- Experience of Nuclear or Power Stations
Site Specific Information
- You must be able to provide a 3-year work/ unemployment/ education history required for the vetting process in line with HPC protocols.
- You must be able to obtain the HPC pass.
- The site is located remotely and a bus journey of 45 minutes each way is required to gain access.
