Hours: Various hours
Pay: £13.60 hourly rate

Are you looking for a new and exciting role? Join our team at Birmingham Airport as a Concierge/Host, playing a crucial role where you will be working as a member of the Concierge / Host team, you will effectively lead on a day[1]to-day basis the operation and management of your areas and the employees assigned to the shift in that area following operational, quality, legislative and Company guidelines.

About the Role:

As a Concierge/Host, you will be responsible for:

  • To ensure you manage a team of Customer Care Agents to carry out their duties efficiently and competently.
  • To communicate effectively between management and the teams on company, operational and training issues.
  • Ensure Customer Care Agents are properly equipped with uniform and operational equipment escalating issues to OPM and TM as appropriate.
  • Professional hosting/greeting of the Assisted Travel Help Desk which is the first point of contact for departing customers needing assistance.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer service/ Customer care environment
  • Excellent communication skills with an empathic nature
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and experience working within a customer facing operational environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to understand the unique needs of customers.
  • Basic IT Skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
