Permanent Full-Time role
Location:
 Gatwick Airport
Hours: 4 on 4 off
Pay: £17.29 hourly rate

Are you looking for a new and exciting role? Join our team at Gatwick Airport as a Concierge, you will be working as a member of the Concierge team, you will effectively lead on a day-to-day basis the operation and management of the employees assigned to the shift following operational, quality, legislative and Company guidelines. To ensure customers receive a positive, safe and enhancing experience whilst at Gatwick Airport.

About the Role:

As a concierge, you will be responsible for:

  •  To communicate effectively between management and the teams on company, operational and training issues.
  • Ensure Customer Care Agents are properly equipped with uniform and operational equipment escalating issues to OPM as appropriate.
  •  To initiate disciplinary action within the levels permitted in accordance with the procedure or recommend further action where appropriate.
  • Report to operational management all information relevant to the provision of the service.
  • Perform any other duties which may be reasonably required by your line manager or the company.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of SLA's.
  • To support the operation where needed, including Buggy driving and other CCA duties, as directed by management team.
  • Rotate between LS/AS duties and between Terminals, based on the need of the operation.

What we are looking for:

  •  Previous experience in a customer service/ Customer care environment
  • Excellent communication skills with an empathic nature
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Basic IT Skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
