Join Our Team as a Commercial Pricing Manager
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Commercial Pricing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our pricing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute professional to make a significant impact by ensuring our pricing models maximise both profitability and competitiveness in the marketplace.
The Commercial Pricing Manager will take end-to-end ownership of the pricing cycle, developing innovative pricing and commercial models, and working collaboratively with colleagues across Bids, Procurement, Finance, and Operations. Acting as the commercial expert, you will provide guidance to achieve the most economically advantageous price points for both the company and our customers.
You will also work proactively with Finance Business Partners to review and refine pricing strategies against financial performance, ensuring the business maintains a competitive advantage.
About the Role:
As a Commercial Pricing Manager you will be responsible for:

Develop and roll out pricing strategies aligned with business goals

Analyse markets and competitors to spot risks and opportunities

Build, maintain, and refine advanced pricing models

Turn data into actionable insights for senior leadership

Work cross-functionally to support bids, deals, and commercial decisions

Optimise revenue through smart pricing, discount management, and creative propositions

Monitor performance against KPIs and recommend improvements

Ensure compliance with governance, contracts, and regulations

Deliver persuasive pricing and commercial presentations to clients

What we are looking for:

Strong track record in pricing, commercial finance, or bid modelling

Advanced Excel & financial modelling skills (complex models, scenario building)

Data analytics expertise, ideally with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SQL)

Sharp commercial acumen with proven ability to drive profitability

Confident communicator, able to influence and present at senior/client level

Exceptional stakeholder management across multiple teams

Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business, Maths, or similar
Desirable:

Experience in outsourced services, facilities management, or security sectors

Knowledge of contract frameworks, bids, or public sector procurement

Understanding of governance frameworks and risk management
