We are looking for a CCTV Operative to join us at our client site based in Central London. Our client is a large medical research facility leading the fight against disease's such as cancer.

As a CCTV Operative at the site, you will be monitoring and operating the control systems and radio transmissions to help coordinate the security response at site.

A typical day in the life as a CCTV Operative:  

• Operate CCTV equipment and provide pro-active and reactive monitoring in the detection of crime, antisocial behavior, reduction of crime and any disorders.
• Maintain close liaison with other control room partners and Police in relation with any incidents effective business and surrounding areas.
• Monitor Known Consignment areas in client business by viewing CCTV, performing access control, ensuring site documentation is up to date and any other control measures are adhere to according to aviation standard.
• Conduct CCTV patrols to detect and deter unauthorized activity throughout client buildings/properties and report any suspicious persons immediately to the Supervisor.

• DS & CCTV SIA Licence 
• Experience in a security environment is beneficial but not essential, we are willing to put the time and resource into someone who may be recently licensed to give you the first step you might need. 
• Hard work and excitement for your job, we love to see people enjoying their role  
• A positive attitude with experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent IT skills
