We are seeking a strategic and driven Account Director to spearhead operational excellence across our prestigious Broadgate and Rest of City (RoC) portfolios. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of our operations and drive transformative change.
Your Impact
- Leverage your expertise in data-driven decision-making to optimize processes and drive innovation at Broadgate
- Extend best practices and implement transformative methodologies across the Rest of City (RoC) portfolio
- Champion structured change management initiatives to deliver strategic value and exemplary service
- Ensure seamless alignment between operational strategies and British Land's overarching objectives

- The Role – Full Time, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Pay: £85,000 - £90,000 per annum.

What are we looking for?
- Proven success in leading operational excellence and strategic initiatives in complex, high-profile contracts within the facilities management, security, or logistics sectors.
- Extensive experience in data analysis, process optimization, and change management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience developing and monitoring KPIs and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting to drive decision-making and demonstrate value.
