We are seeking an exceptional Account Director to lead the delivery of a high-profile security contract. This is a rare opportunity for a proven leader to shape, influence, and deliver a best-in-class security service within a world-renowned cultural setting.

About the Role:
You will:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the London Museum security contract
- Oversee the delivery of security operations across multiple sites, exhibitions, and high-profile events
- Act as the primary senior contact for the client, building strong, trusted stakeholder relationships
- Ensure full compliance with contractual, legal, health & safety, and governance requirements
- Lead, inspire, and develop management teams, frontline officers, and event security personnel
- Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and efficiency improvements
- Manage and mitigate security, safety, operational, and reputational risks across the contract
- Lead incident management and business continuity planning, ensuring resilience in all scenarios
- Deliver detailed performance reporting, KPIs, and strategic insights to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and visitor experience

What we are looking for:
- Proven senior leadership experience within security, cultural venues, or complex public-facing environments
- Demonstrated success in full contract ownership, including service delivery, finance, and client satisfaction
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving efficiencies
- Expertise in leading large, diverse teams across operational and event-based environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
- Solid understanding of security risk management, health & safety, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations
- Ability to remain calm, decisive, and resilient in high-pressure or emergency situations
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workstreams effectively
- Professional, credible, and values-driven leader committed to inclusivity, excellence, and continuous improvement
- Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Close Protection desirable)
- Strong working knowledge of security operations in a high-profile environment
- First Aid, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety/risk qualification (desirable)
- Security Risk Management qualification or relevant experience (advantageous)
