We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Relief Security Officer at one of our clients based in the Heart of London.  You will be working as part of a brilliant security team at one of the world's largest integrated oil and gas companies who are committed to their values of safety, respect, excellence, courage and one team.

As a Relief Security Officer at this site, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and H&S requirements of the client whilst maintaining an excellent corporate image and high standards of professionalism. This should be done through adherence to procedures and by following directions from the security management team.

About the Role:

As a Relief Security Officer you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the building is safe and protected by carrying out both internal and external patrols, actively preventing any security concerns.  
• Checking, and verifying entry passes, monitoring of alarm systems, access control and investigating any suspicious activity or behaviour.   
• Interaction with customers, meeting and greeting both staff and visitors; listening to requests, taking an interest in what they have to say, show empathy, and be prepared to answer questions and follow up where you feel you might be able to help. It's about going that extra mile to show people we care.
