Due to an increase in demand, we are seeking part-time, SIA-licensed security professionals to support our events team at one of the world's largest tech companies, located in King's Cross, London. We offer flexible hour contracts ranging from 8 to 24 hours per week, ideal for those looking to balance other commitments with a dynamic role in corporate security. As a member of our team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of event attendees while gaining valuable experience in a premier corporate environment.
As a Bench Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting events both on client sites and external venues. This role involves ensuring the safety of premises, protecting assets, and providing a welcoming environment for all event attendees, staff, and contractors. You will maintain a visible security presence, ensure smooth access and egress, and prevent unauthorised activities, while actively contributing to a positive experience for the client and guests.
- The Role – Part time, ranging from a minimum of 8 to 24 hour week contracts, various shift times between Monday and Sunday

A typical day in the life as a Bench Security Officer:
- Prevent potential security risks, escalating incidents as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as log upkeep, ID and pass checks, and other access control functions to support seamless event operations.
- Conduct regular patrols within the event area, maintaining familiarity with site layout, entrances, exits, and potential security challenges
- Greet and assist all guests, attendees, and contractors at each event, upholding a high standard of customer service and professionalism
- Serve as an approachable, customer-focused representative for the client, addressing guest inquiries and providing a positive presence throughout events

- Demonstrate excellent customer service
